"You deserve to thrive and life deserves to be loved."
That begins with well-being - mind, body, and spirit.
This goes far beyond nutrition and exercise. It's inclusive of those elements, of course - but in coaching sessions, Marybeth will facilitate conversations designed to explore the right mix of all KINDS of elements that will support a healthier, more joyful life, such as:
Reclaiming your sense of self...
Cultivating social connections + building healthier relationships...
Confident communication...
Setting down burdens..
Managing stress and building resiliency...
Sleep health...
Meaningful work and/or volunteerism...
Self-confidence + purpose...
Building community...
Movement, nutrition, and exercise...
Business / career development...
Empathic listening...
And clarifying your personal/professional mission, values, and vision!
Cale holds a BA in Sociology from St. Mary's College of Maryland, along with designation as a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), Certified Life Coach (Institute for Life Coach Training) and Certified Meditation and Mindfulness Coach (Center for Positive Transformation).

In addition to her coaching practice, Marybeth and her husband Tom Cale are also co-owners of a public relations/writing/graphic design firm called Cale Communications and were the founders/former co-publishers of Living Rhinebeck magazine. Beth has held numerous leadership and volunteer roles throughout the course of her career, and continues to prioritize community service work, which she feels adds incredible purpose to her life (see list below).
Her favorite and most meaningful role is that of being a mom to two wonderful young men. Beth notes that motherhood has provided her with the best training possible when it comes to leading and living with heart, humor, and a steadfast commitment to the well-being of others. In addition to spending time with her cherished family and friends, Beth loves hiking, running, writing, reading, and listening to live music.
In 2025, Marybeth and her eldest son embarked on an enlightening pilgrimage on the Camino de Santiago, where she gained tremendous clarity on the guiding principles that she hopes will shape her future. She has since created a signature coaching program called "Your Way: Camino-Inspired Coaching" which is designed to help clients cultivate greater meaning and purpose on their own earthly pilgrimages. Learn more about that unique offering here.
She is also passionate about the lifestyle behind the Blue Zones, and recently completed the Blue Zones Advocate course. The knowledge Beth acquired inspires many of her coaching conversations, and she follows this lifestyle herself (to the best extent possible!)
Marybeth seeks to provide a safe, comfortable, fun, motivational, inspiring, restorative experience as you work toward optimal well-being and design a life that feels more meaningful and purposeful.
Because...YOU DESERVE TO THRIVE - AND LIFE DESERVES TO BE LOVED!

"If there is one thing I’ve learned about business, it is that people like to do business with people they like. Marybeth is one of those people who lights up a room when she comes in; her smile and energy are infectious, her ethics are a model for others. She will always do the right thing by others and is a pure delight to be around. To me, it just doesn’t get any better than that”
- Keryl Pesce, Author, Happy Bitch
