Marybeth Cale

Health + Well-Being Coach

Certified Life Coach

Certified Meditation/Mindfulness Teacher
-
Founder, Estuary Coaching
Marybeth Cale sums up her philosophy as follows:

"You deserve to thrive and life deserves to be loved."

And, she adds - that begins with well-being.
Mind, body... AND spirit.
Marybeth Cale believes that well-being is about more than nutrition and exercise. It's inclusive of those things, of course - but she will empower you to explore the right mix of all kinds of elements that lead to feelings of overall well-being, such as:

exercise, nutrition, positive social connections/relationships, boundary-setting, stress management/resiliency, sleep health, meaningful work, self-confidence and purpose, sense of belonging/community.

AND - she believes that building and carrying out a well-being plan should be fun, motivational, and inspiring!

Cale holds a BA in Sociology from St. Mary's College of Maryland, along with designation as a Certified Life Coach (Institute for Life Coach Training) and Certified Meditation and Mindfulness Coach (Center for Positive Transformation).
She is currently enrolled in the Health and Wellness Coach program with MindBodyGreen, which will ultimately lead to designation as a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach.
Marybeth and her husband Tom Cale are co-owners of a public relations/writing/graphic design firm called Cale Communications, and co-publishers of Living Rhinebeck magazine. Beth has held numerous leadership and volunteer roles throughout the course of her career, and continues to prioritize community service work, which she feels adds incredible purpose to her life (see list below).

Her favorite and most meaningful role is that of being a mom to two wonderful young men. Beth notes that motherhood has provided her with the best training possible when it comes to leading and living with heart, humor, and a steadfast commitment to the well-being of others. In addition to spending time with her cherished family and friends, Beth loves making nutrient-rich salads and smoothies, running a few miles (almost daily) through her village, meditating, catching sunsets, movies, taking trips to the ocean, and enjoying live music. She does NOT love strength training. But as a mid-lifer, she knows it's critically important - and is doing her best to at least develop a tolerance for it!
Beth is passionate about providing a safe, comfortable, fun, motivational, inspiring, restorative experience as you work toward optimal well-being - mind, body, and spirit. Because...YOU DESERVE TO THRIVE - AND LIFE DESERVES TO BE LOVED!

"If there is one thing I’ve learned about business, it is that people like to do business with people they like. Marybeth is one of those people who lights up a room when she comes in; her smile and energy are infectious, her ethics are a model for others. She will always do the right thing by others and is a pure delight to be around. To me, it just doesn’t get any better than that”
